Why we built it

Intermittent fasting only needs two things: a countdown you can glance at, and a record that shows you have kept at it. Measured Munch gives you both in a browser tab, with a clock-face timer for the current fast and a contribution graph for the year behind it.

  • A timer built for willpower

Press start and the countdown runs to your eating window. Press hungry and it notes the moment instead of pretending it did not happen. Fast length is configurable, with sixteen hours as the default.

  • The year at a glance

Completed fasts fill in a GitHub-style contribution graph. One look answers the only question that matters: have I been consistent?

  • Optional sync

Everything works without an account. Sign in with Google if you want your fasting history to follow you across devices.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

No. It works fully in the browser without one. Signing in only adds cross-device sync of your history.
